COUNT DYKULA is a genre and gender bending goth adventure musical that asks the question: why are we still pressuring queer people to fit in with straight culture? 

 

Butch loner Count Dykula isn't the typical vampire at Scare University; she’s not like the ultra-femme, busty-bloodsucker school principal. She loves a garlic naan and can only successfully turn into a bat after a couple of beers. With her masculine pride hanging on by a cheap carabiner, Dykula's mission is to take down Scare U's sinister ruling that there is a 'right way to be a monster'.
